2. Age Requirement

Because we provide wine-related services, you must be 21 years of age or older to book or participate in any tasting events.

By using this site or booking services, you represent and warrant that you are at least 21.

3. Booking & Payment

​

  • All reservations must be made through our website or other approved channels.

  • Prices, availability, and service offerings are subject to change at any time.

  • Payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise stated.

  • We reserve the right to refuse any booking at our discretion.

4. Cancellation & Refund Policy​

​

  • Cancellations made 21 business days before the scheduled tasting may qualify for a refund or credit.

  • Cancellations made within 14 business days are non-refundable.

  • No-shows are non-refundable.

  • For private or custom events, different cancellation terms may apply.

5. Participant Conduct

​

Guests are expected to behave responsibly during wine-tasting events.

We reserve the right to remove any participant who is intoxicated, disruptive, or poses a safety risk. No refunds will be given for removal due to misconduct.

6. Allergies & Health Considerations

​

Guests are responsible for notifying us about any allergies, dietary restrictions, or health conditions.

We are not liable for reactions or health issues arising from undisclosed sensitivities.

7. Assumption of Risk

​

Wine tasting involves the consumption of alcohol.

By participating in our services, you acknowledge and accept all associated risks, including but not limited to intoxication, allergic reactions, and accidents.

You agree that you are solely responsible for arranging safe transportation after any tasting event.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our website and services are provided “as is” and “as available.”

We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, reliability, or availability of the site or services.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from:
